1. What Personal Pilot is

Personal Pilot (“the Platform”) is an online marketplace that connects flight simulator enthusiasts (“Students”) with experienced pilots (“Instructors”) for paid, one-to-one simulator coaching sessions delivered over live video and screen share.

2. Not certified flight training

Sessions are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. They are not certified flight training, do not count toward any pilot licence, rating or aeronautical experience, and do not replace instruction from a certified flight instructor under the rules of any aviation authority. Nothing on the Platform should be relied upon for real-world flight.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Instructor accounts are reviewed before appearing publicly; we may decline or remove any profile at our discretion.

4. Bookings, payments & fees

Students pay the session price shown at checkout. The Platform retains a commission; the remainder is owed to the Instructor. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and will not change for that booking if platform settings change later.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Students may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for an automatic refund. We may issue discretionary refunds in cases of technical failure or Instructor no-show. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, harass others, share access to paid sessions, or use sessions for any unlawful purpose. Instructors represent that their stated experience and credentials are truthful.

7. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for the conduct or advice of any Instructor or Student. Coaching content is opinion and instruction for simulator use only.
